These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the csino platform. By registering an account or accessing any part of the site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause below. 2. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. Any activity that occurs under your account — whether or not you authorised it — is your responsibility unless you have notified us of unauthorised access as soon as you become aware. Do not share your login details with anyone, and log out of shared devices after each session. csino will never ask for your full password through any communication channel, including email or live chat. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, contact the support team immediately through your registered account portal and change your password without delay.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on the csino platform are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP). Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned where possible, or suspended pending investigation. Each promotion is available once per member, per household, per IP address, and per device unless otherwise explicitly stated. 5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on csino are final once confirmed — you cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system. In the event of a technical error, system failure, or manifest pricing mistake, csino reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. Any attempt to manipulate outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or engage in match-fixing or collusion will result in immediate account closure and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Members are prohibited from using the csino platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates Philippine law. Automated bots, scripts, or software designed to place bets or interact with the platform without human input are strictly forbidden. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or distribute any part of the platform's software, content, or data. Abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour directed at other members or platform staff — through any communication channel — will result in immediate suspension. csino operates a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of cheating, and accounts identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will be permanently banned without refund of bonus balances.

7. Responsible Gaming

Upon closure of an account, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the member using a verified payment method registered to the account. If account closure results from a breach of these Terms — including fraud, prohibited conduct, or provision of false information — csino is not obligated to return any funds and may pursue recovery of losses incurred by the platform. Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by submitting a request through the support portal; voluntary closure requests are processed within five business days. Any outstanding bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with standard rules before the final balance is calculated.

10. Changes to These Terms

csino may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, and such changes will take effect upon publication on this page.
